Where can I get a RADAR key for the disabled toilets, and do they have locked access?

Is Ely Library accessible, and what services does it offer?

The Library, located at 6 The Cloisters, is fully accessible, with features including a lift to the upper floor. It offers a wide range of books, DVDs, and audiobooks for all ages, free computer access and Wi-Fi, a dedicated children’s area, and regular storytime and craft activities.

Are there car parks close by, and what are the rules for Blue Badge holders?

Yes, there are a number of car parks within walking distance of The Cloisters in Ely. Several are operated by East Cambridgeshire District Council. Blue Badge holders can park in designated disabled bays without time limit; some car parks have time restrictions for other users. Free short-stay parking is also available at car parks like St Mary’s Street (up to 2 hours) during certain times.
